Trainer's Comments: Walker had been training hard for years, but had reached the inevitable plateau. For the first six months, he consulted with JD every 8 weeks for a new program design and diet. Even without JD taking him through the workouts, he immediately felt and saw a difference in his physique. Finally, JD convinced him that to go to the next level really required constant motivation and supervision. 8 weeks later, Walker had put four more pounds of beef on an already muscular frame.
