We believe every successful program contains five essential components, which we include in every client's training. They are:
- Resistance Training
- Cardiovascular Training
- Flexibility Training
- Proper Nutrition
- Continuing Education and Support
Unlike most fitness studios and franchise gyms, we do not subscribe to a cookie-cutter, one-program-fits-all approach. We also do not believe in simply "taking you through a good workout" as many trainers do, by randomly selecting whichever exercises strike our fancy that day. Our training programs are carefully designed to produce maximum results for each client. Age, gender, experience level, and goals are all factors which are considered in your program design. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, increased muscle mass, or simply better functionality in your daily activities, we guarantee a transformation will occur.
We don't expect anyone to pay a trainer indefinitely for months or years every time they need to workout. Our aim is to provide you with the tools and the motivation to achieve your short-term fitness goals, then to provide you with the understanding for life-long health and fitness improvement and maintenance.

Laura Mooneyham
Laura got her start in the fitness industry in her mid-forties. Feeling sluggish and out of shape, she joined a gym and began learning Pilates, the stability ball, and weight training. She immediately noticed great positive changes mentally, emotionally, and physically. After two years of taking classes and working out with weights, Laura felt inspired to teach fitness, and designed a ball circuit class. Impressed with her ingenuity, the owner of the gym gave her the opportunity to become a group fitness instructor. The success of her class motivated her to obtain her Certified Fitness Trainer credentials with ISSA (ID #247016).
Laura has made the change from a career in the corporate world to a new career in fitness to continue her quest to stay fit and to fulfill her desire to help others enjoy the benefits of exercise. Her understanding of the challenges people face when making the commitment to change their life style is what makes her an enthusiastic motivator. Laura takes great care when designing workouts for her clients, striving to make the experience fun, productive, and tailored for each individual’s needs and abilities.
