"I had tried everything over the
last 5 years. Atkins, low fat diets, starvation diets. I had tried
cardio, weight training, hiring a personal trainer - none of the
combinations worked! I even had a personal trainer tell me to
accept my body the way it was. I was frustrated!
The Metabolic Typing, and JD's counseling, made it clear. What specific foods I ate was the key, not a fad diet to get quick results and then have the weight come back. JD put together an exercise program that helped me reach my goals - and guaranteed success if I followed both the diet and workout program. (I learned what you put into your body is essential to meeting your goals.) I had some ups and downs but I worked hard and stuck with the program. Patience was the key. He supported me every step of the way. In only 12 weeks I lost just over 6% body fat! Wow! I feel great and am motivated to do more because all my hard work paid off. I got frustrated my clothes were not fitting and went to buy a pair of jeans. I was size 11 juniors when I hired JD at the end of May. I was size 9 juniors before I left for vacation at the end of August. Now I am a size 5 Juniors, with room to spare in the waist!!!! Wow! I haven't been a size 5 since high school. Trainer's Comments: Tracy had a goal when she signed on with me: to lose 10 lbs. in the next 12 weeks. She was skeptical, since she had tried many diets and trainers before. Imagine her surprise when she reached her goal IN JUST 2 WEEKS! She did cut calories a little too fast, but she wasn't complaining. At the end 12 weeks, her results were very impressive. She was able to build more metabolism boosting muscle, while burning fat. She took a total of 6 inches off of her hips! Few clients are as disciplined with both training and diet as Tracy. She is now a regular at our Boot Camp and is on her way to an even more chiseled physique.
