Trainer's Comments:
Tom had been training on his own with quite a bit of frequency and dedication, but had also come to an impasse. Months of effort had no effect. I designed a fail-safe muscle building program for him, increasing the intensity, but cutting down on the frequency of his training. He responded very well, as you can see. We faced an additional challenge in that Tom had undergone back surgery, and simply could not perform many common exercises. Tom rose to the challenge and succeeded. He gained 9 lbs. of muscle in just 2 month's time while maintaing body fat levels.
