Individual Personal Training
Our one on one training programs are carefully designed to produce maximum results for each client. Unlike most fitness studios and franchise gyms, we do not subscribe to a cookie-cutter, one-program-fits-all approach. We also do not believe in simply "taking you through a good workout" as many trainers do, by randomly selecting whichever exercises strike our fancy that day. Age, gender, experience level, and goals are all factors which are considered in your program design. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, increased muscle mass, or simply better functionality in your daily activities, we guarantee a transformation will occur.
Most clients will benefit most from training a minimum of three times per week. However, we don't expect you to pay a trainer three times a week or more for months or years on end. Our goal is to educate and motivate you. Once you understand and feel comfortable with your program, you should be able to complete many of the workouts yourself. You may want to work with a trainer once a week for some variety and motivation, or for a two week period every six weeks to change your training protocol.
Every client will receive a binder in which every resistance training and cardio session will be recorded. It is critical that at every session you push yourself a little bit harder. Otherwise, the body adapts and your progress comes to a halt. Proper documentation is essential, whether you are working out with your trainer or not.
