Trainer's Comments: When Ron approached me, he told me he had been the proverbial "98 lb. weakling" all of his life. (Literally, as a high school senior, he weighed 98 lbs.!) He had been training diligently for years, but most of the weight he put on was in all the wrong places. After 3 months on a bulking regimen, he has added over 8 lbs. of muscle to his frame and changed his proportions significantly. At the tender age of 54, he has finally begun to tap into his potential. His ultimate goal is to reach 10% bodyfat.
