Trainer's Comments: Rob was in a devastating electrical fire that required him to go through months of surgery and physical therapy. As he ended his therapy, he decided to try personal training because he wanted to build a bigger, stronger body and regain his confidence. In just four month's time, Rob put on 13 lbs. of muscle and still dropped bodyfat. The resistance training program and stretch position movements JD included also helped restore flexiblity and elasticity to his skin. He trains with JD for 6 sessions every two months to change his training program and ensure progress.
