Trainer's Comments: Patricia is an amazing female specimen. When she approached me, she had been training hard for many years and was already in better shape than many fitness competitors at 12.7% bodyfat. Her genetics undeniably play a role in her outstanding physique. Until she began JD's training program, she was not on a strict diet and did not do any kind of regular cardio conditioning. JD remedied that situation, and within 5 weeks, Patricia was down to 11.5% bodyfat. Another 4 weeks and she made 10.3%, stripping away 4 lbs. of fat while maintaining well-toned muscle. At the last eval, she was down to 9.7%, which is probably as low as any female can go! Don't think Patricia didn't earn it. She became religious about sticking to JD's diet plan.
