Trainer's Comments: My first thought when Lisa approached me about training was, "WHY?" I mean, this woman was in phenomenal shape by any standard, but the fact that she was 33 and a mother of two made it even more impressive. I was even a bit hesitant about how much success she could expect, given that she was already well conditioned from regular Pilates and aerobic exercise. However, 8 weeks into the program, neither one of us was disappointed. Maintaining a fairly stable body weight, Lisa shed 6 lbs. of fat and gained an equal amount of muscle, resulting a slimmer, leaner version of herself!

I hadn't weight trained since becoming pregnant with my second child, and I knew that to achieve the muscle definition I desired I needed guidance. JD exceeded all my expectations for what a trainer should be. He is without question extremely knowledgeable and professional. I trained with JD when he was working 12 hour days and was absolutely amazed at his ability to remain fresh, focused and positive with his clients. However, what I find most remarkable about JD is his capacity for investing in his clients goals. He truly believes in his clients and takes their individual successes and struggles to heart. He is a great motivator who instills confidence in his clients. Thank you JD for all your knowledge and efforts, they are truly appreciated!"
