Laurie was another client who had been training consistently on her own for years, but was stuck on a weight loss plateau. In two short months, she dropped over 10 lbs. of fat and 6% bodyfat. Laurie is an avid cyclist as well, riding over 120 miles every weekend.
After working with JD for over 3 months, Laurie continued to train consistenly on her own for the next 6 months. Applying the principles she learned from her training and nutrition program, she has now lost a total of 16 lbs. of fat.
