"After having 4 children and reaching the other
side of 40, I would never have believed that a trainer could get me
looking like this. My son Scott started training early 2006, and his
results inspired Gary (my husband) to take up training in the summer of
2006. He persuaded me to go along, but I had never set foot in a gym in
my life. I was a little apprehensive at first, but Jesse inspired me and
was very patient. Now, 6 months later, I am delighted with the results.

Trainer's Comments: After watching her son and her husband achieve impressive results (see Scott and Gary), Julie reluctantly signed on for training. She dreaded the workouts at first, but she trusted in Jesse's guidance. Soon, results began coming at a furious pace! Many women in their forties would be happy at 26% body fat; to achieve 16% is rare indeed. Kudos to Julie and her trainer Jesse for a truly remarkable feat: shredding 17lbs. of fat to reveal chiseled abs, in less than 6 months.
