Jason had been working out on his own for many years, and was in good muscular and cardiovascular condition. However, he had hit a plateau. He thought he was training hard. That's when JD convinced him to try his fail-safe mass building program. In 8 weeks time Jason amassed a mind boggling twelve and a half pounds of beef! Not only that, his bodyfat dropped and he actually lost five pound of fat in the process.
Phase 2 for Jason began almost a year later. He had maintained his weight and bodyfat training by himself, but now was ready to take it to the next level. Within a short 8 week period he dropped another 5 lbs. of fat and gained another 6 lbs. of solid muscle.
