Trainer's Comments: Gregg was a competitive bodybuilder in his college days, but the stresses of modern life had taken their toll on him physically. When I began working with him, he had an average build for a middle-aged man, with a little too much around the middle. I have to say I've never seen anyone make such a remarkable transformation in so short a period of time. In less than four months, Gregg lost 18 lbs. and completely reset his metabolism. These AFTER measurements were taken in November 2002, and he has maintained his lean condition (including visible ab definition) by working out just 3 times a week, and eating clean 5 days a week, and whatever he wants on the weekends.
