Trainer's Comments: Most teenage boys seek my assistance to get bigger; Evan was just the opposite. Like myself, Evan had always been a chubby kid, and he was tired of it. Over the course of 10 months, Evan gradually whittled away at his bodyfat and reset his basal metabolic rate. His dedication to the program paid off.
