Trainer's Comments: Erika is a person whose determination and consistency has paid off. Her New Year's resolution was to get rid of the spare tire she had built up around her middle, and add some muscle tone to her arms and legs. In less than 6 months, she has dropped 13 lbs. of fat while adding muscle. She does resistance training 3-4 times a week and cardio 4-5 times a week, even when she had to leave town periodically. She should achieve her long term goal by the end of the summer at the rate she is progressing.
