Trainer's Comments: When Diana's weight broke 200 lbs., she decided it was time to do something about it. And when Diana decides to do something, nothing stands in the way of reaching her goals. Everyone's metabolism slows as they age, but women over 40 have a especially difficult time of it due to hormonal changes. Despite those obstacles, Diana has gradually decreased her bodyfat every month for a total of 13 lbs. of fat lost so far. Even more impressive, she has lost 4" off her waist, and 3" from her hips. Her program included resistance training 2-3 times a week, cardio 3 times week, plus pilates sessions 1-2 times a week.
