Trainer's Comments: Cindy was in good condition when she signed on for personal training, but with middle age approaching, she wanted to replace some of her sagging bodyfat with firm, toned muscle. Resistance training 3 times a week and interval cardio 4 times week resulted in a loss of almost 7% bodyfat and 10 lbs. of fat. As a single Mom, its not always easy to make time for the gym, but somehow Cindy managed to do it and achieve her goals.
