Trainer's Comments:
Casey was referred to me by my Chiropractor, Dr. Dan Moroff, because he needed core strength. Casey was not particularly interested in "body transformation"; he simply wanted relief from his constant back aches. His program included whole body functional and strength exercises as well as specific core stability work 3 times/wk. Unfortunately, I did not take a BEFORE photo because Casey's original goal was functional, and not cosmetic (my mistake!)
Within 2 WEEKS of training, Casey's back pain disappered. At the end of 6 WEEKS, he was amazed to find that as a side effect of the training, he gained 9 1/2 lbs. of muscle and lost 5 lbs. of fat!
Over the next six months, Casey continued to train on his own. He met with me for a new program every eight weeks to ensure continued progress. The last time I tested him, he had lost a total of 9.5 lbs. of fat and gained a total of 15.2 lbs. of muscle! This proves what can be done working primarily on your own, with periodic program adjustments from a qualified trainer.
