Trainer's Comments:  A quick look at these 2 photos says it all.  Carolyn before: a mild mannered, regular Mom.  Certainly healthy, but unassuming.  Carolyn after: a strong, confident, energized woman who is not going to let anyone or anything stand in her way!  She proves that with the right guidance,  you can improve at any age.  Using a combination of live training sessions (while she resides in Sarasota part of the year), and E-COACH (while she resides in NY the rest of the time), she added over 5 lbs. of muscle and dropped 5 lbs. of fat.  That is no simple feat for a petite 58 year old-  but like a fine wine, Carolyn continues to improve with age.
