Trainer's Comments: Brian had an amazing transformation. His goal, like most guys, was to build muscle and burn fat. Its not always easy to accomplish both of these goals at one time, especially in someone like Brian who had been working out continuously for the last 4 years. Nevertheless, the exercise and diet plan JD outlined for him did the trick. Brian lost 12 lbs of fat and gained 7 lbs. of muscle in ONLY 6 WEEKS!!! After finishing a "bulking" cycle, Brian decided to get lean for the summer. He had been able to maintain his hard earned muscle while continuing to slash bodyfat. He is currently still pushing the limits to see how far he can take this experiment. We'll keep you updated.
