Trainer's Comments: When Andrea came to me, she was half-way through the EAS "Body for Life" Challenge. She had made good progress for about a month, then got stuck. I can't tell you how many clients have approached me with this same problem. The best training program in the world is only going to work for most people for 6-8 weeks. Then you MUST change the stimulus radically to continue making progress. Although Andrea's transformation is not miraculous, she is to be commended for two reasons. When a woman plateaus at 18.6% bodyfat, it is very difficult to get to the next level. It requires a great deal of discipline in both training and diet. Secondly, she accomplished this in less than 6 weeks! Although she was not a national finalist in the EAS contest, she's a winner in my book!
