Trainer's Comments: As the BMX World Champ, Alex get plenty of exercise every day. He trains with weights 4-5 days a week, and does 1-2 hours of sprint cycling every day. At under 10% bodyfat, no one would call him overweight. Still, he was looking to make improvements. JD put together a nutrition plan that was tailored to the twin goals of boosting his athletic performance and sculpting his physique.
