Former
Fatty Makes Fitness Fun
|

My
name is J.D. Doyle. Not long ago I was
an over weight teen, probably not much
different than you.
I wouldn’t call myself obese,
but I was the heaviest kid in my class.
I was always the last picked for any
type of athletic competition, and always
finished last in any type of race or
strength test. It was embarrassing and
frustrating.
It wasn’t like I didn’t
try to lose weight. I went on multiple
diets, joined little league soccer and
baseball, and I even tried jogging with
my mom, but I never saw any significant
results. The worst part of it was, I
couldn’t get a date with a cute
girl to save my life. I felt like a
total loser.

Fast
forward 20 years. Today I have a lean
muscular body. I’m one of the
strongest guys you’ll meet for
my size and age. While I’m still
no sports fanatic, I love exercise.
Running, biking, kayaking, and swimming
are my favorite pastimes. I know what
foods I can and can’t eat to
stay lean and feel strong. Best of
all, I have a beautiful girlfriend,
a fitness model, who shares my passion
for health and exercise.
So
how did I get to this point? What
is the secret formula to get lean,
strong and confident?

It
may surprise you to hear that it’s
not a fat burning pill, a certain ab-blasting
gadget, an energy drink or shake, or
even a certain exercise routine.
The secret is, you must burn
more calories than you take in.
That’s it. Simple isn’t
it?
So why aren’t more kids doing
that? Two reasons. |

1. We spend more time on
our butts- between school, playing Xbox, and
web surfing- and less time outdoors or doing
energy intensive activities.
2. Restaurant food/fast food/snack
food takes no time to prepare, and has so
many calories from fat and sugar, that we
are taking in a huge amount of extra calories.
Our food has become so far removed from what
God intended us to eat, that our bodies can’t
do anything with it but store it as fat.
My mission now is to teach you how to burn
more calories and melt off those extra pounds.
